The mingw-w64 project is a complete runtime environment for gcc to support binaries native to Windows 64-bit and 32-bit operating systems.

The tdm64-gcc is an installer of the 64+32-bit MinGW-w64 edition.

It Includes GCC C/C++, GNU binutils, mingw32-make, GDB (64-bit), the MinGW-w64 runtime libraries and tools, and the windows-default-manifest package.
